Welcome to Northland Mental Performance Coaching, operated by Northland Counseling Center Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing any coaching services.

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern all use of the Northland Mental Performance Coaching website and services, including mental performance coaching, webinars, and group programs. By purchasing or scheduling a service through our website, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Services

Northland Mental Performance Coaching provides educational coaching designed to enhance focus, confidence, motivation, and overall mental performance. Our coaching is not mental health therapy, counseling, or psychological treatment. Participation in our programs does not constitute a therapeutic relationship, and no diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions will occur.

3. Payments and Billing

All payments for coaching services, programs, and webinars are processed securely through Wix Payments or other approved payment processors displayed at checkout.

Payment Due: Payment is due at the time of booking. If a payment plan is offered, 50% is due before the first session, and the remaining 50% is due halfway through the contracted program.
Accepted Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment options made available by Wix Payments.
Authorization: By submitting payment information, you authorize Northland Counseling Center Inc. to charge the designated method of payment for the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes or fees.
Failed Payments: If your payment fails, your coaching sessions or access to services may be paused until payment is successfully completed.

Wix requires that all transactions clearly list the business name, contact information, and refund policy. To ensure uninterrupted services, clients should make payments directly through our official Wix checkout system or invoice link.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

All sales are final once services have begun. Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

If Northland Counseling Center Inc. cancels services before completion, a prorated refund will be issued for unused sessions.
If a client cancels a scheduled session with at least 24 hours’ notice, the session may be rescheduled.
Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Requests for refunds must be made in writing within 7 days of the issue to ensure review and processing.

5. Service Delivery

Coaching sessions are delivered either in person, by phone, or through virtual platforms such as Zoom or other secure meeting systems. Clients are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection for virtual sessions.

Services will not begin until the initial payment is received. If payment plans are in use, services will be paused until all payments are current.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law. When working with minors, parents or guardians may be included in progress updates only with written permission from the participant.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Mental Performance Coaching is an educational process designed to improve mindset and performance. Individual results vary based on participation, motivation, and personal factors beyond our control. No guarantees are made regarding performance improvement or specific outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating in any coaching session or program, clients agree to hold harmless and indemnify Northland Counseling Center Inc., its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages that may arise before, during, or after participation. Coaching does not replace medical, psychological, or professional advice. In the case of a mental health emergency, please call 988 or your local crisis service.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during sessions, including worksheets, recordings, and guides, are the intellectual property of Northland Counseling Center Inc. and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written consent.

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
