COACHING WITH MENTAL HEALTH IN MIND CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
A virtual or in-person, 8-hour live seminar designed for youth and high school coaches that provides in-depth education on athlete mental health.
This comprehensive training covers practical strategies, communication tools, and resources to help coaches create supportive team environments and respond effectively to mental health concerns.

MEET YOUR COACH

Dr. Meyers is a Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota with specialized training in health, nutritional, and sport psychology. She brings a unique blend of over a decade of clinical expertise and applied sport experience, having coached youth hockey for athletes ages 8–18. As a former collegiate athlete, she has firsthand understanding of the developmental, psychological, and performance demands athletes face. By integrating clinical and sport psychology, she offers evidence-based strategies to address mental health concerns, support resilience, and promote healthy performance across all ages and levels of sport. Dr. Meyers frequently provides education and consultation to teams, organizations, parents, and other stakeholders who influence sport performance and athlete health. She has provided a number of trainings to educators, coaches, and other groups seeking education in mental health.
