At Northland Mental Performance Coaching, part of Northland Counseling Center Inc., we understand that every client’s needs and schedule are unique. Because each program, workshop, or service may have different structures and requirements, our refund and cancellation policies can vary based on the program type.
 

To ensure clarity and fairness, clients are encouraged to review the details of their individual program agreement or contact our team directly before scheduling or purchasing.

Program-Specific Policies:
Each mental performance coaching program, team training, or webinar includes its own guidelines regarding payment, rescheduling, and refunds. Some programs may allow partial refunds or rescheduling options, while others may require full prepayment due to preparation and scheduling commitments.

General Guidelines:

• Refunds: Refund eligibility depends on the specific program policy. Once a program has begun, refunds are generally not available unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

• Program Adjustments: In the rare event that Northland Mental Performance Coaching must reschedule or cancel a session, clients will be contacted promptly and provide options for services not yet delivered.​

Payments and Billing:
All payments are securely processed through Wix Payments or other approved processors at the time of booking. To avoid service interruptions or processing delays, clients should ensure payment information is accurate and current when scheduling sessions.
