Deposits and Fees for Individual Monthly Mental Coaching Programs:
Payment in full is always welcome. Otherwise, 50% is due before the first session will be scheduled. The remaining 50% is due halfway through the contracted period:
One-month program: Before the 3rd session occurs
Three-month program: Before the 6th session occurs
Six-month program: Before the 11th session occurs
Deposits and Fees for Group Coaching (teams, associations, parents, etc.) will be due in full before services begin. Deposits and Fees for any live webinars will also be due in full before attendance is allowed.

*Coaching sessions will not begin until payment is received. If paying in installments, coaching sessions will cease until the 2nd payment is made.
Deposits and Fees for Additional Mental Coaching Sessions
Additional sessions may be purchased individually to augment programs for the athlete’s benefit. Payment for each additional session is due before the additional session is scheduled. Full payment is required and can be made via credit card or by check written to the address above.
Services and Results
There is no implied or expressed guarantee that services, provided by the Mental Performance Coach will result in improved performance or earnings. The results you obtain from Mental Performance Coaching vary widely depending on, but not limited to: athlete’s motivational level, cooperation, and ability to implement and make changes; or other aspects which neither party has control over.
Renewal of Coaching Plan
Client can choose to renew coaching plan with verbal or written permission beyond the Initial plan or term for an additional one-month term. Renewal of any plan will be discussed with client prior to any additional charges made. Northland Counseling Center may terminate our coaching relationship at any time and for any reason by providing written notice of termination to student and refunding a prorated portion of fees paid for services not yet rendered.
